Your Impact as a Livewell Hospital ManagerLivewell Hospital Managers are builders. In this role, you will help launch, grow, and stabilize a brand-new hospital from the ground up. This means creating the culture, team, and operational rhythm that define long-term success. This role requires grit, energy, and a strong drive to grow a business in close partnership with your Founding DVM and regional leadership. You aren't just managing a clinic; you are establishing a community landmark.Your Impact Will Include:Building the Foundation: You will establish hospital culture, standards, and expectations from day one, implementing Livewell operational playbooks and partnering with the Founding DVM to align medical and business strategy.Driving Growth & Community Engagement: You will develop and execute local marketing strategies, building relationships with community organizations and local businesses to champion Livewell’s brand presence and drive visit trends.Recruiting & Developing a High-Performing Team: You will lead the interviewing and hiring process for all support roles, building a cohesive, growth-oriented team culture and holding teammates accountable to high performance and behavioral standards.Owning the Business: You will manage P&L performance, labor costs, and inventory controls.
