IP/Console Engineer – Interior SystemsNovi (Onsite)Type- C2CWe are looking for an experienced IP/Console Engineer with strong automotive interior systems experience to support Instrument Panel and Console development activities.Required Experience:8+ years in Instrument Panel / Console engineeringHands-on experience with CATIA V5Experience in DV/PV testing and build supportStrong understanding of DFMEA, PFMEA, and Control PlansExperience working with suppliers, tooling timelines, and issue resolutionAbility to support prototype, pre-production, and production buildsResponsibilities:Support IP/Console design and engineering changesCoordinate with suppliers for data uploads and part updatesDrive issue resolution during build phasesSupport testing, validation, and B-Release activitiesWork closely with engineering teams onsite in NoviPreferred:Experience with VW systems/processesTravel required to supplier locations and Blythewood as needed.
