We are now expanding our virtual offering to ensure families everywhere can access GT-caliber acceleration. This position is responsible for creating a virtual school environment that is demanding, credible, and demonstrably exceptional.You will control the entire operational framework of the virtual program. This encompasses student journey architecture, advisor accountability systems, targeted cohort support, and family confidence. No established blueprint exists. You will conduct performance reviews, execute rapid course corrections, engage directly in live sessions when required, and establish the infrastructure that makes 3× learning gains sustainable.This is an operational leadership role for someone who values measurable impact.
