Interventional Radiology Technologist
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnostic radiology and possess a strong knowledge of anatomy. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, including urgent care and trauma centers
10H Rotation Shifts
On Call, Holiday, Weekend Requirement
8 weeks
2+ years
ICU experience required.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, PET scans, and mammography
Operate imaging equipment to obtain high-quality images for diagnostic evaluation
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging results
Maintain patient records and ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
Skills
Proficiency in diagnostic radiology techniques
Familiarity with nuclear medicine procedures
Strong understanding of human anatomy
Experience working in urgent care settings
Ability to operate CT scanners and perform mammography
Knowledge of working in Level I and Level II Trauma Centers
Familiarity with PET scan imaging technology
