Business Analyst & Office 365 Performance Engineer – Elevate ProgramHybrid RoleCompensation: $35 per hourAbout The RoleOur client is seeking entry-level professionals for two distinct roles within their Elevate program: Junior Business Analyst and Office 365 Performance Engineer. The Junior Business Analyst will support business, QA, and technology teams through documentation, coordination, and content management, gaining hands-on experience in enterprise environments while developing core business analysis and collaboration skills. Responsibilities include maintaining SharePoint sites, creating presentations, supporting architecture review processes, and participating in mentorship and learning opportunities. The Office 365 Performance Engineer will join the end user services team to perform daily testing of Office 365 products, identify and escalate issues, analyze user feedback, and collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure optimal performance and a seamless user experience.
