Door-to-Door Sales Rep (1099) High Earning Potential,Not for Everyone
We're looking for a small group of highly motivated individuals who want to make serious money and aren't afraid of hard work.
This is a 1099 commission-based position. No base salary. No hand-holding. If you need comfort or guarantees, this is not the job for you.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Door-to-door prospecting in residential neighborhoods
* Generating leads and setting appointments for home improvement
* Communicating clearly and confidently with homeowners
* Managing your own schedule and pipeline
What We're Looking For:
* Self-motivated and coachable
* Strong communication skills
* Comfortable with rejection (you will hear "no" a lot)
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to work independently
* Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation:
* 100% commission (1099)
* Average reps: $3,000-$8,000+/month
* Top performers: $10,000+/month
* Paid weekly
* Bonuses and incentives available
* Paid training
