EV Infrastructure Services ManagerThis is a remote position. EV.Careers is currently seeking a full-time EV Infrastructure Services Manager for one of our partners, a transportation and infrastructure services company serving clients across multiple industries nationwide. In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery and performance of EV charging infrastructure services, coordinating with vendors, OEMs, and utilities to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient charging operations for assigned clients. Remote-friendly in the Greater Bay Area or Seattle, requiring travel 30-50% of the time.Responsibilities:Own the daily delivery of EV infrastructure services for assigned client accounts, with a focus on maximizing system reliabilityCoordinate scheduling and execution of maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for EV charging stationsTrack charger uptime and performance metrics, flagging trends and recommending improvementsAct as the go-to contact for internal operations teams on service requests, issues, and support needsLiaise with OEMs, contractors, utility providers, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesParticipate in site evaluations and infrastructure assessments for both new and existing client locationsHelp draft scopes of work, service agreements, and project plans for EV infrastructure initiativesMonitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to keep deliverables on trackOversee vendor performance and assist with selecting and managing contractorsSupport permitting, compliance, and utility coordination efforts as neededConfirm all field and operational work complies with relevant safety standards, regulations, and internal policiesCompile and present performance reports and operational updates for internal leadership and clientsVisit client sites as needed to support installations, maintenance work, and operational reviewsKeep current on emerging EV charging technologies and industry trends to inform best practicesProvide EV infrastructure expertise to support the sales team in client conversationsRequirements:5+ years of professional experience in EV charging infrastructure, electrical systems, facilities operations, energy management, or a similar fieldDemonstrated ability to manage projects while coordinating across vendors, contractors, or service delivery teamsSolid understanding of Level 2 and DC Fast Charging technologyWorking knowledge of charger maintenance programs, warranty processes, and vendor service agreementsFamiliarity with utility coordination, permitting requirements, EV infrastructure rollout, LCFS credits, and related regulatory factorsWell-developed organizational abilities with a knack for planning and coordinating projectsStrong interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining client relationshipsComfortable interpreting operational data to pinpoint areas for performance gainsSkilled in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management softwarePreferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Sustainability, or a related fieldChargePoint, ABB, and other OEM experienceBenefits:Competitive compensation including 20% bonusMedical, dental, vision benefits, 401k
