This role researches and resolves complex discrepancies, collaborates with business partners and suppliers, and maintains accurate financial records. The position contributes to efficient accounts payable operations and helps ensure invoices are processed accurately and within established timelines.Responsibilities• Process, research, and resolve supplier invoice exceptions to facilitate timely payments.• Apply knowledge of 2-way and 3-way invoice matching and purchase order processing.• Collaborate with business partners and suppliers to resolve complex invoice exception issues.• Review supplier statements and investigate discrepancies involving open invoices.Requirements• High school diploma or equivalent, or 1 year of relevant job-specific experience.• Experience using Microsoft Windows, multi-screen computer setups, and web browsers.• Ability to complete required training and perform responsibilities effectively in a remote workstation environment.• Strong self-discipline, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Hourly pay range: $21.31–$28.84.Benefits & Perks• Paid time off (PTO).• Multiple health insurance and wellness plan options.• Retirement benefits, including employer matching plans.• Short-term and long-term disability coverage.• Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).• Parental leave and adoption assistance.• Tuition reimbursement.• Opportunities to participate in community giving initiatives.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
