We offer:Clean and organized manufacturing floorGrowing company with strong commitment to employee growth and safetyA company culture that truly values safety and invests in doing things the right wayOn the job training and growth opportunities into other manufacturing processesA supportive team that partners together to maintain world-class manufacturing environmentWhat You Will Do:Prepare parts for brazing by cleaning, masking, fixturing, assembling, and applying braze alloy or pasteApply braze material with precision using syringes, brushes, screens, templates, or automated dispensing toolsRead and follow work instructions, sketches, process specifications, and quality standardsPerform set-up and inspection to ensure proper placement of braze alloy and joint fit-upWork closely with furnace operators and quality inspectors to ensure successful brazing cyclesVerify joint cleanliness, gap tolerances, and alloy distributionMaintain accurate production documentation per quality system requirementKeep workstation clean and organized while following 5S and safety protocolsIdentify nonconforming conditions and communicate issues promptlyWhat Experience You Need:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Strong attention to detail and ability to routinely work with small, precision componentsExperience in brazing, welding, soldering, metal joining, or precision assembly is a plus, but not required.
