Should have hands-on experience in their current projects• Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies.• Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool.• MOST IMPORTANT: Team Lead experience – experience In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).• Must be legally authorized to work in US without need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.• Good Communication.
