Role We are seeking Multiple - IT Sales & Solutioning Roles (SDR to Director) to expand our footprint in the North American market. This role combines new business sales with solution-led consulting, engaging clients from discovery through deal closure. The position is suited to commercially driven professionals who can confidently discuss technology, value, and outcomes with senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Sales & Business Development Identify and close new business opportunities across the UK. Sell IT services including: Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) DevOps & Platform Engineering AI/ML & Data Platforms Cybersecurity & Managed IT Services Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract signature. Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets. Solutioning & Pre-Sales Lead client discovery sessions to understand business, technical, and compliance requirements. Work closely with delivery and architecture teams to: Define solution scope and approach Develop pricing and commercial models Present proposals and solution narratives to client stakeholders. Client Relationship Management Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and senior business leaders. Act as the primary point of contact during pre-sales and early engagement stages. Support account growth and repeat business opportunities. Required Skills & Experience 3–10+ years’ experience in IT sales, solution consulting, or pre-sales Strong understanding of IT services and digital transformation offerings Experience selling to UK mid-market or enterprise clients Ability to translate technical concepts into clear commercial value Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission-based role Nice to Have Background in Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, Data, or Cybersecurity Experience with managed services or long-term IT engagements Existing North American & UK client network Experience working with offshore or global delivery teams Compensation & Engagement 100% commission-based with and option to convert into a Fulltime role Uncapped earning potential Contract-to-Hire opportunity based on performance Flexible, remote-first working arrangement No fixed salary or guaranteed draw during contract phase Pay: $54,857.34 - $146,064.75 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Relocation assistance Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Houston, TX 77015
