Corporate Paralegal

This role is open for multiple locations: Baltimore, MD or Hackensack, NJ or New York City, NY or Wilmington, DE OfficesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 3–7 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department.Strong knowledge of corporate governance and business entity structures (Corporations, LLCs, Partnerships).Candidates must possess experience in governance, business planning, financial and transactional practice. College degree and/or paralegal certificate required. Experience with entity formations, corporate maintenance, and Secretary of State filings.Familiarity with M&A transactions, due diligence, and closing processes.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with corporate filing systems and legal research tools.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
