This role is a perfect opportunity for an early career sales professional to get in the front door for all inbound leads, responsible for fast, accurate triage and routing, while owning a segment of inbound leads from first contact through closeThis role plays a critical part in unlocking revenue from a healthy inbound channel. Your ability to respond quickly, route leads correctly, and efficiently move small business clients through the sales cycle will directly impact conversion rates, revenue growth, and client experience. It's a strong foundation for future growth into other sales or client-facing roles.This is an ideal role for someone who wants hands‐on experience running full sales cycles in a SaaS environment while developing strong sales fundamentals.What You'll Be Doing:1. Own the initial review and direction of all inbound leads across the business.Respond promptly to inbound inquiries to create a strong first impressionAssess lead type, size, and use case to determine the appropriate internal pathRoute leads to the correct sales, partner, or account teamsEnsure leads are accurately categorized and tracked in the CRMMaintain service‐level expectations for speed‐to‐lead and handoff quality2. Own a high volume of inbound leads from first contact through deal close.Qualify leads for fit, urgency, and buying readinessRun discovery calls to understand client needs and pain pointsDeliver product overviews and walkthroughs tailored to specific use casesClearly communicate pricing, timelines, and next stepsManage follow‐ups and momentum to drive deals to close3. Set clients up for success after the sale by ensuring a clean transitionPartner with Implementation and other client-facing teams to transfer context and expectationsEnsure clients start implementation informed, aligned, and confidentFlag risks or special considerations before handoff4. Help build and refine repeatable processes for high‐volume inbound sellingWork within defined sales workflows while identifying opportunities for improvementTrack activity and outcomes consistently in the CRMIdentify common objections, questions, and friction points in the buyer journeyShare feedback with Sales, Marketing, and Product to improve product, lead quality, and messagingWhat We Are Looking For:Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable owning client conversations end-to-endEarly‐career sales professional or recent graduate, interested in SaaS salesOrganized, detail‐oriented, and able to manage high volume of tasksCoachable, curious, humble, and eager to learn full‐cycle sales skillsStrong communicator, both written and verbalComfortable using CRM tools and learning new systemsQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience0–2 years of experience in sales, client success, support, or a client facing rolePrior internship, customer service, campus involvement, or similar work experienceExperience selling to or supporting small businessesFamiliarity with SaaS, HR/payroll, fintech, or B2B softwareWilling to work in a hybrid model out of our Bloomington, MN officeAt Points North, we believe that taking care of our team is the foundation of our success.
