This position is responsible for troubleshooting non-complex facilities problems and providing preventive, corrective, and predictive solutions for such problems routinely. This position is responsible for reporting information to management concerning the changing conditions of the University’s facilities and equipment in assigned areas, as well as making recommendations for improvements and upgrades to facilities. This position will be a first responder to trouble calls and emergent needs. Secondary responsibilities of this position include maintaining appropriate documentation and maintenance records, personal timekeeping records, and summarizing actions in writing. This position performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
