Contractor Program Manager

The Red Gate Group is seeking a Contractor Program Manager (CPM) to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in St. Louis, MO or Springfield, VA.Role OverviewThis position supports a contract with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The Contractor Program Manager (CPM) is responsible for directing, managing, and administering the accomplishment of all tasks required under the contract to ensure completion of program activities within the established budget and schedule. The CPM serves as the primary management point of contact for all contractor support allocated to the contract, oversees the accomplishment of the tasks, and ensures the delivery of the associated CDRLs. The CPM is the single point of contact with the customer program office.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the single management point of contact with the customer program office.Direct, manage, and administer all contract work to ensure delivery within the established budget and schedule.Support all contract and subcontract activities related to performance, financials and burn rate, schedules, personnel, training, security deliverables, and contract modifications.Maintain regular communication with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Government Program Manager, keeping them informed of relevant contractor information, particularly significant risks and issues and their associated resolution plans and status. Ensure timely and compliant delivery of all CDRLs.Maintain ongoing subject matter expertise of relevant customer programs, projects, and activities at both the programmatic and technical levels.Other duties as requiredRequired Qualifications* Bachelor's degree* Active TS/SCI clearanceDesired QualificationsBachelor's or advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a business-related fieldAt least five years of program management experience managing projects within the Intelligence Community, with NGA experience preferredAt least four years of experience in financial, business, and lifecycle acquisition managementExperience on programs of similar size and scope, including subcontract management experienceRelevant experience working with IC organizationsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or comparable certificationCompany DescriptionThe Red Gate Group, founded in 2006, is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Company based in Chantilly, VA.
