Role: Palantir Lead Software Engineer / Application ArchitectLocation: 100% Remote in USA DescriptionRole Overview: Lead Software Engineer/Application Architect with deepExpertise in Palantir Foundry to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale applications and solutions. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, application architecture, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Design:Define the application architecture within Palantir Foundry, including ontology design, workflows, and app structure.Lead the development of scalable applications and operational workflows in Palantir.Establish best practices, patterns, and standards for Palantir application development.Leadership & DeliveryProvide technical leadership to a team of Palantir application engineers.Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to deliver end-to-end solutions.Drive agile delivery of Palantir apps, ensuring quality, performance, and governance.Application DevelopmentOversee the creation of user-facing apps (dashboards, workflows, forms, operational apps).Integrate Palantir applications with external systems via APIs and services.Ensure data access models and security policies are correctly implemented.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience with Palantir Foundry application architecture and engineering.Deep knowledge of ontology design, workflow automation, and application frameworks in Palantir.Strong software engineering background (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, cloud services).Experience in enterprise application architecture and solution design.Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance within Palantir.Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into scalable Palantir solutions.Knowledge of machine learning/Al applications within Palantir.Nice to HaveDomain expertise in healthcare
