This role will manage supplier relationships as they pertain to Coupa integration, monitor and enforce compliant purchasing policies, and manage the escalation process for non-compliance. The Coupa Platform Support is a specialized position within Global Procurement and will be responsible for maintenance and project management within Coupa. Additional projects are expected to occur and may change frequently as Coupa becomes fully implemented and performing efficiently.Key Focus Areas:Intake, Workflow, and Process Streamlining:Partner with stakeholders to optimize intake processes for procurement requests, ensuring efficient routing and approval.Analyze and refine workflow configurations to reduce cycle times and enhance user experience.Develop and implement best practices for process standardization across departments.Purchase Order Adoption:Drive and support organization-wide adoption of Purchase Orders, ensuring alignment with procurement policies and compliance requirements.Collaborate with business units to identify barriers to PO adoption and implement targeted solutions.Monitor PO usage and provide actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement.This position will require planning and support of:ProcurementMaintenance of approval workflowsConfigure and enforce buying policies with vendors in CoupaReview and report on RFQ and Sourcing eventsDesign, build, and configure reports; Spend Analytics and Procurement ReportingTraining and ongoing testingIssue ResolutionSupplier Enablement DutiesSupplier ComplianceAssist with PO adoption initiatives, including training, communication, and reporting to drive compliance and efficiencyGeneralOwner of Coupa and change management as it relates to updatesMaintaining production and test instances with the most recent configurationsPartner with Stakeholders and 3rd Party Provider to achieve organizational management and objectivesDevelop and facilitate user training as necessaryTroubleshoot user concerns involving data, process, configuration, or integration-related issuesGuide system-based activities, including user adoption, organizational communications, departmental planning, budgeting, reporting, etc.Supplier EnablementPrimary liaison Global Procurement, Coupa and our Managed Service ProviderManage, plan, approve, and support supplier communicationsWork with Vendor Management and Third Party Risk to enforce supplier complianceRequirementsFull working knowledge of Coupa (P2P) - preferred2+ Years procurement experience - preferred2+ Years system administration - preferred
