Program Manager

Overview As Program Manager at Solera, you drive multiple complex initiatives with cross-functional teams to hit milestones on time. You lead high-visibility programs around IT, organizational and process integrations, delivering cost savings and improved reporting while keeping culture intact. You align with Product, Engineering, QA, IT, and business leaders to define scope, resources, and schedules, and report progress with root-cause analyses. You’ll implement PMO processes globally, enabling faster delivery and continuous improvement. ResponsibilitiesDelivery of multiple complex initiatives across cross-functional teams within timeframesDirect management of programs and projects, coordinating logistics, resources, planning sessions, and stakeholder relationshipsDrive high-visibility IT, organizational, and process integration programs focusing on consolidation, cost savings, reporting, and cultureAlign with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, QA, IT, and Business to manage and report on key programsDefine scope, identify resources, set goals, develop schedules, and track/report progressEstablish and manage stakeholder communications and provide root-cause analyses for issuesLeverage PMO tools, processes, and KPIs to increase visibility, stability, and adoptionProvide gap analyses on processes and propose refinements to streamline efficiency Key requirements8+ years in program or project management or related role2+ years driving large-scale technology and data-driven transformation plansBachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experienceAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, Confluence, MS Project, MS Teams, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI/PowerQuery, PowerAutomate, Lucid ChartExcellent verbal and written communication in EnglishStrong ability to collaborate across global teamsRisk management and process improvement experienceexceptional communicationhigh collaborationdetail-orientedMSFT ExcelAI Tooling (Co-Pilot, Claude)MSFT Outlook
