The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively.Responsibilities (including but not limited to):Oversee all front-of-house operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standardsTrain and supervise staff to deliver high-quality service and create a positive dining experience for guestsManage inventory, order supplies when needed, and ensure proper equipment maintenanceHandle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional mannerCollaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of houseMaintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety regulationsReport any maintenance issuesRequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in an upscale restaurantStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent customer service skills with a proactive approachAbility to work under pressure and manage a high-volume workloadKnowledge of food safety regulationsAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededHealth insurancePaid time offOpportunities for growth and advancement in a dynamic restaurant environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearAbout Seaspice RestaurantSeaspice is a seafood brasserie and lounge, where elegance lies in simplicity at its purest.
