Lead Teva's Generics Pharmacy Sales in Canada as a Director. This position focuses on strategic leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and performance in the generics market. Located in Toronto or Montreal, you will oversee a national team of about 35 professionals, directly reporting to the Country General Manager. You will leverage your sales leadership experience in pharmaceuticals to shape commercial strategies, aiming for long-term growth and enhanced customer engagement. Your role is pivotal in aligning operational capabilities with market needs and driving sales initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to grow generics sales Collaborate with internal teams for alignment on customer needs Manage, mentor, and develop a national sales team Set sales targets and monitor performance metrics Support key product launches and revenue initiatives Requirements 10+ years in sales leadership within pharmaceuticals Experience managing teams and cross-functional functions Strong strategic and operational background Up-to-date with industry technology trends Bilingual (French/English) preferred Drive generics sales success and enhance customer relationships at Teva with your leadership expertise.
