Your role is pivotal in aligning operational capabilities with market needs and driving sales initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to grow generics sales
Collaborate with internal teams for alignment on customer needs
Manage, mentor, and develop a national sales team

Support key product launches and revenue initiatives
Requirements
10+ years in sales leadership within pharmaceuticals
Experience managing teams and cross-functional functions
Strong strategic and operational background
Up-to-date with industry technology trends
Bilingual (French/English) preferred
