This role requires strategic oversight of multi-site security operations, vendor ecosystems, and risk management frameworks to ensure consistent protection across all locations. You will drive global risk assessments, manage complex security challenges, and ensure operational excellence through scalable processes and strong leadership. Additionally, you will support enterprise resiliency initiatives and crisis management efforts, helping the organization proactively mitigate and respond to threats.What You’ll DoLead global physical security strategy, governance, and operations across multiple regions and sitesOversee and develop a distributed team of physical security professionals and site leadsConduct and manage global risk assessments, ensuring consistent evaluation and mitigation of threatsDirect end-to-end vendor management, including selection, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and RFP processesEstablish and enforce global security standards, policies, and procedures aligned with regulatory and business requirementsDrive continuous improvement in access control, surveillance, and incident response programsPartner with cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, IT, Facilities) to align on enterprise risk and security initiativesSupport and lead crisis management and business continuity integration with physical security operationsDevelop executive-level reporting, metrics, and dashboards on security performance and risk postureEnsure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry best practices across all operating regionsWhat You’ll BringProven experience leading and scaling global physical security programs across multi-site, multinational environmentsStrong leadership track record managing geographically distributed teams and vendor ecosystems, driving accountability and performanceExpertise in conducting enterprise-wide risk assessments and implementing scalable mitigation strategiesDeep knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and incident response programs, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellenceDemonstrated success in vendor management, including RFP processes, contract negotiation, and performance optimizationAbility to develop and enforce global security standards, policies, and governance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirementsExperience partnering cross-functionally with Legal, HR, IT, and Facilities to align security initiatives with broader enterprise risk strategiesStrong background in crisis management and business continuity planning, with the ability to lead during high-impact eventsSkilled in building executive-level reporting, KPIs, and dashboards to communicate risk posture and program effectivenessStrategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and hands-on operational execution in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organizationNice to have: Experience with Genetec (Security Center, access control, video management systems) or similar enterprise security platformsLocation: Atlanta, GA OR Mountain View, CALocation Type: HybridEducation: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.This role is eligible for commission and the typical On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is USD $154,550 - 204,250 per year. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
