This is your chance to help make a difference by opening your home to an individual with developmental and/or physical disabilities.This independently contracted position will provide a 24/7 family-like setting for an individual.The Developmental Home Provider will ensure that best practices and technology are used to teach the individuals how to acquire the physical, intellectual, emotional, and social skills needed to live as independently as possible.RequirementsAt least 21 years of age, pass a background check, and obtain a Level One Fingerprint cardAdequate transportationAt least 1 year of previous work experience as a caregiverWilling to complete 22 hours of training through Community Options (CDH Providers are required to complete an additional 15 hours of Foster Parent College training)Provide 3-character referencesProvide paystubs for at least 1 monthComplete an annual physicalPass the State of Arizona Life Safety InspectionComplete the interview process with a licensing specialistSubmit all required documents for the licensing processMust be open to supervisory visits in your home, including unannounced visitsDevelopment Home Providers are contracted and reimbursed at a daily habilitation rate, PLUS they receive monthly room and board from the individual they support – this income is tax-exempt.Please Visit Our Website to Complete an Online Application!Careers.comop.orgCommunity Options is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V
