The CFO will be the senior executive in charge of all financial functions, providing strategic direction, and ensuring robust financial controls. Key responsibilities for the CFO include directing financial planning, capital allocation, and liquidity management to support the company's growth and mission objectives. The CFO will also be responsible for managing and investing corporate and client cash, overseeing banking relationships, and debt compliance. Additionally, the CFO will partner with other leaders on M&A, new acquisitions, and financing structures, and will oversee the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a Master’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent, with a CPA being preferred. A minimum of 8 years of senior financial leadership experience is required, with a strong preference for those with a background in real estate or property management. The CFO must have deep expertise in financial management, including accounting, tax, financial analysis, and budgeting. Core competencies for the role include leadership, communication, planning and organizing, and a proven track record of adding and creating value.
