About the Role Bohler’s Northeast offices are seeking a Quality Control Engineer to review and strengthen the technical integrity of civil land development projects. In this role, you’ll perform QA/QC reviews across grading, utilities, and stormwater systems, ensuring constructability, compliance, and consistency. Working closely with design teams and project managers, you’ll help identify potential challenges early, refine design details, and enhance the quality of deliverables that shape our growing communities. Location: Open to employees near any of the offices in our Northeast Region Open to a Hybrid or Remote schedule What You’ll Do Perform QA/QC reviews for design plans, reports, and technical documentation. Evaluate constructability, safety features, and compliance with Bohler standards. Complete design checklists and provide clear feedback to project teams. Review stormwater, grading, and utility designs for technical accuracy. Support construction administration through plan interpretation and issue resolution. Partner with engineers to identify process improvements and enhance consistency. Contribute to the ongoing refinement of internal QA/QC procedures. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 10+ years of experience in land development design and permitting. Expertise in grading, stormwater management, and utility layout. Strong attention to detail and passion for design quality. Excellent communication skills for clear, constructive feedback. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Deliver Confidence. Build Quality.
