Social Media & Operations Coordinator (Dallas)
Role DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized, creative, and social savvy individual to join our team supporting day-to-day operations for @masseya. This is a hands-on role that blends content/video production, creative strategy, and administrative support. If you have a passion for social media, an eye for quality content, and love bringing creative ideas to life, we'd love to hear from you.This is a hybrid in-person role based in Dallas, TX.Core ResponsibilitiesContent production support including filming for social media content across platforms (primarily focused on Instagram)Edit short-form video content to a high standard, consistent with established style and toneManage day-to-day administrative tasks including unboxing, organizing, and cataloging partnership mail and coordinating deliveries/giveawaysSupport overall content operations to ensure a consistent and timely posting scheduleCollaborate closely with the influencer and extended team members to execute the creative vision and content creationWhat We're Looking For2-4 years of experience in content creation, video editing, social media management/strategy, or a related fieldDeep understanding of how creators, platforms, and audiences workComfortable navigating and moving quickly around the the fast-paced changes of social media algorithmsA detail-oriented team player with strong communication and organization skillsAbility to work independently, manage multiple projects, and consistently meet deadlinesExpertise with social media platforms, tools, and analytics softwareMUST be local to or able to commute to Argyle, TX and the DFW area for in-person working days ~3 days per weekHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume along with a portfolio or examples of content and editing work for consideration.
