In this role, you'll support Project Managers throughout the full project lifecycle while working with a collaborative, supportive team. What Your Day Will Look LikeSupport project startup by working with Project Managers to develop estimates, budgets, and initial work requestsHelp coordinate project kickoff and planning, including scheduling meetings and working with different teams involved in the projectAssist during the design phase by tracking progress, helping request materials and services, and preparing project documentationSupport construction activities by taking meeting notes, helping manage changes, and tracking questions and issues that come upHelp manage project closeout by using checklists to ensure all tasks and documentation are completed and shared appropriatelyCommunicate regularly with internal teams and support multiple Project Managers as neededTrack project-related tasks and help manage purchase orders, including reviewing and closing them outWhat You'll Bring To The FamiliaStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyA team player mindset with a collaborative spiritA proactive approach to learning and problem-solvingFamiliarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams)A willingness to learn about the Utilities/Energy industry (if you're not already experienced in it)Bachelor's degree or 03 years of experience in project management or a related roleValid driver's licenseWhat Will Make You Stand OutB.S./B.A./M.S. in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Engineering/Construction Management, Communications, or a similar fieldCoursework or certifications in Project Management, Facilities, or Construction ManagementCAPM CertificationFamiliarity with project management processes and toolsExperience with systems such as Oracle, Primavera (P6), SAP, GIS, procurement, materials management, forecasting, or engineering toolsPrior work experience in the Utilities or Energy industriesReady To Make An Impact?We know you might not check every single box on the job descriptionand that's totally fine.
