JLL - Global Engineering Program Manager (P4)Location: Eastern time zone ideally (global support role)Work Schedule: Remote, M-F 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with calls across all time zones for 24/7 supportTravel Requirements: ~5% US onlyReports to: NA Account DirectorEstimated base salary range: $100,600 - $120,000What this job involves:The Global Engineering Program Manager is responsible for the operational management of a global portfolio of assets with the objective of maintaining systems properly and in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. They are responsible for protecting and improving the value of the assigned property and ensuring that building engineering systems reliably perform their intended functions. The Engineering Program Manager outlines equipment inspection and monitoring programs; defines and implements maintenance best practices to improve overall mechanical equipment uptime; and continuously evaluates current maintenance, operations and reliability methods and implements changes to enhance effectiveness at increasing value-maximizing performance.What your day-to-day will look like:Provide engineering support to a global portfolio. Establish relationships within all regions with the dedicated account team and engineering platform resources within JLL. Implement and manage all preventive and ongoing maintenance/repair programs. Develop, deploy and monitor schedules. Oversee JLL Mobile Engineering performance and ensure resources are effectively supporting client properties. Provide guidance and support to the Facility Managers and Client regarding the steps required when handling equipment failures and situations where critical site operations are impacted. Own the MOP process for the JLL team, including owning documentation, ensuring vendors are compliant, and participating in client meetings. Identify opportunities for improvement and best practices to reduce risk and improve process efficiency. Organize, align and prioritize work assignments. Ensure work orders are completed as scheduled. Reviews executed work for accuracy and quality of work performed by MES technicians and vendors. Identify opportunities to reduce reactive work and further develop a proactive maintenance posture. Monitor and evaluate work orders to ensure appropriate processes, equipment condition, quality of work, technician skill sets, etc. are occurring. Responsible for updating assets and schedules in CMMS system. Support engineering and asset needs for the JLL Facility Management, project management and Data Center teams, globally. Provide direction/information to vendors, contractors and service providers as required ensuring excellent coordination/execution of work with minimal disruption. Implement and schedule preventative maintenance standards that are in compliance with JLL and Client guidelines. Evaluate vendors and suppliers on a regular basis with regard to quality and competitive pricing. Coordinate the scheduling and maintenance of client owned assets to ensure efficient operation. Work with strategic sourcing professionals to identify cost savings opportunities and support their contracting efforts. Own and complete the Operational Compliance Program. Budgeting and financial control by supporting operating budgets. Provide written variance analysis and forecast as requested. Meet facility specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving significant savings in year one and through contract glidepath. Ensure strong safety culture is engrained throughout the organization. Focus on continuous improvements to advance the quality-of-service delivery and further the client partnership. Interface with client representatives. Collaborate to determine client expectations. Ensures delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with JLL performance. Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness, and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery. Review monthly service request summaries to pinpoint and correct reoccurring operational issuesCommunicate regularly with the direct leadership and attends scheduled staff meetings/calls. Position is remote with expectation for frequent phone, email, and MS Teams communication with the field. Required qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field, or equivalent experience10+ years in senior-level IFM hard service delivery rolesSubject matter expert in hard services with deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and critical environment systems; proven ability to deliver complex IFM programsStrong understanding of maintenance operations, compliance standards, and risk assessmentProven track record promoting workplace safety cultureExperience with CMMS systems and Microsoft OfficeAbility to analyze data and provide operational insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service orientation with internal and external stakeholdersExperience identifying capital improvement needs and technical enhancementsKnowledge of quality management and audit processesSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Technical training or experience with HVAC, electrical systems, data centers, generators, and UPSUnderstanding of construction planning and executionExperience with compliance programs in retail, office, or critical environments (regional experience a plus)Please submit your application with an updated resume, location, and contact information.
