Based in Plano, TX, we strive to create a nurturing environment for both clients and caregivers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide located in Plano, TX. As a Home Health Aide, you will assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and maintaining a comfortable living environment. Responsibilities include providing support with mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and emotional companionship. You will collaborate with clients and their families to ensure a personalized and compassionate approach to care. Qualifications Experience providing Home Care and assisting with Activities of Daily LivingStrong Communication skills and the ability to build a positive rapport with clientsCompetence in Patient Care and Personal Care tasks, including hygiene and mobility supportEmpathy, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for seniorsCPR/First Aid certification is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training in caregiving or senior care is beneficialAbility to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to clients’ individual needs
