Client Care Specialist

Full Job Description Join a company that is in the TOP 1% out of all roofing companies in the area! Part time position. Working 16-20 hours a week on average. Monday-Wednesday, and half a day on Saturday but with flexible days and hours. (Potential opportunity for full-time in the future.) For all positions in our company, we only hire those who are a great company culture fit. The Client Care Specialist will manage customer phone calls/emails and schedule appointments. Customer Service/support experience is required and paid training will be provided. Passion to progress Responsibilities Take all customer calls, emails, and texts Address customer questions; forward calls as needed Schedule appointments and pre-screening Minimal knowledge of the Roofing Industry (all training will be provided) Follow-up with customers (bonuses given) Continual trainings for improvement Required Skills Happy and pleasant demeanor on the phone and over email Strong interpersonal communication skills. Patience and kindness to difficult customers ***Use of technology and organization Prioritizing your tasks efficiently Punctuality and fast response time to client needs Teaching and educating the customer Proving the value to customer Job Type: Part time position.
