Part time position. Working 16-20 hours a week on average. Monday-Wednesday, and half a day on Saturday but with flexible days and hours. (Potential opportunity for full-time in the future.)
We are looking for a Client Care Specialist with exceptional organization and communication skills, a drive to improve, and who is a great company culture fit for our family business. We are a family-owned construction company that is growing very fast.
(Over the phone customer service experience required)

For all positions in our company, we only hire those who are a great company culture fit. The Client Care Specialist will manage customer phone calls/emails and schedule appointments. Customer Service/support experience is required and paid training will be provided.

Responsibilities
Take all customer calls, emails, and texts
Address customer questions; forward calls as needed
Schedule appointments and pre-screening
Minimal knowledge of the Roofing Industry (all training will be provided)
Follow-up with customers (bonuses given)
Continual trainings for improvement

Pay:
$19/hr
Bonuses (often $80-$400 per month!)
Requirements:
1+ years experience with over the phone Customer Service
Recommended, not required:
Customer Service experience in the Residential Home improvement industry (Solar, Pest Control, HVAC, Roofing, etc.)
