This position carries a high degree of responsibility for the completeness and accuracy of packages sent to our Partner Banks for closing/funding. You will also need to possess the ability to multitask, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a desire to learn and grow.Fast, frequent, and accurate communication is critical between the Closing Coordinator and the rest of the PPC LOAN Team, customers, and funding sources.The TeamThe Closing Team is diligent and thrives on meeting customer expectations for seamless, timely closings. It is made up of key players that have a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and like to take initiative. They collaborate and brainstorm new ideas to ensure the most positive customer experience, while still maintaining exacting diligence standards.What You Will Be DoingYou will be working under the guidance of our department head to perform and review due diligence searches – licensing/professional registrations, liens, and business entities and guiding customers and funding banks through the closing process. You will collaborate with the Underwriting Team to ensure closing requirements are properly outlined in loan offers and the Loan Operations team to ensure all post-closing requirements are met.The Skill SetBachelor's degree preferred.To be successful in this position, you should be highly organized, have exceptional attention to detail, strong critical thinking and reading comprehension skills, and be able to multi-task.
