Stratton Amenities is a local hospitality company that specializes in concierge and courtesy patrol services. We are always searching for professional, reliable and experienced unarmed officers Dallas, TX We are looking for officers with excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving skills, who take pride and ownership in the position and property. Job Responsibilities: Patrolling, observing, and reporting suspicious people or activities to Property Manager or local law enforcement if necessary in and surrounding the community. Observe irregularities, fire hazards, leaking water pipes and/or malfunctioning equipment/machinery and promptly reporting to the Property Manager. Pick up debris in road or common areas while patrolling the grounds. Provide detailed written reports required nightly. Job Requirements: Must own your own transportation with ability to travel to different properties. High school diploma or GED required. Prior police or military experience preferred. Must have a current Level 2 Security License Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Must pass a background check and drug test. Stratton Security is an equal opportunity employer.
