This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial and business-minded attorney interested in expanding the firm's presence and brand in the Bay Area.Candidates should have at least two years of transactional experience and the ability to support mergers and acquisitions, securities, and venture capital practices. Experience with private equity transactions is preferred.Collaboration is a key aspect of this role. As such, the position requires working in the office approximately 60% of the time, in accordance with firm policies.QualificationsJD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law schoolAdmission to or eligibility for admission in CaliforniaAt least two years of experience in M&A, securities, venture capital, and/or private equityStrong written and oral communication skillsProfessionalism in interactions with clients and colleaguesAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and balance competing responsibilitiesHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAbout the FirmThis is an Am Law 100 law firm with over 500 attorneys serving clients worldwide.
