We are a brand-new dental startup looking for a dental assistant or dental office administration to help us create an exceptional patient experience from day one. This is a unique opportunity to be one of our first employees and play a key role in shaping the future of our practice.

We are a new dental startup currently under construction in North Scarborough. Our office’s mission is to provide an exceptional dental experience and change the way our patients experience and feel about their dental care. We are a growth-driven, patient-focused dental practice that values education, honesty, and long-term relationships. Our goal is to educate our patients well so that they can make informed decisions about their care, and of course to treat them as if they are family. We have cutting-edge technology that will be installed in our office from day-one to improve patient experiences and streamline the work we do.

Your Role
On the clinical side:
Chairside dental assisting during dental procedures
Confidently walking patients through their new patient visits and reviewing comprehensive intake forms
Clinical photography
Taking dental X-rays (certification required)
Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms, instrument sterilizationAt the front desk:
At the front desk:
Review financial options and help patients understand their benefits
Verify insurance and obtain estimates accurately
Collect copays and balances at time of service
Answer the phone confidently and clearly
We will support you in areas you may not be comfortable in at first so that you are cross-trained to handle both clinical and administrative tasks as needed
Who We Are Looking For
2+ experience in the dental field, preferably as an assistant, office administrator or combined front/back office role
Proficiency in Dental Practice Management Software
Friendly, positive vibes, with a professional attitude
Strong verbal communication and patient-facing skills
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment
Someone who wants more than just a new job, and is excited to grow with a new office
