Customer Service Representative

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails and voicemails promptly Assist customers with questions, concerns, and order support Accurately enter new customer orders into the system Update and modify existing orders as needed Collect and securely process ACH and credit card payments Post daily invoices through the accounting system Review daily EDI reports Process routine customer charges Maintain organized customer records and account details Provide friendly, positive, and professional service at all times Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently Experience Previous experience in call center, customer support, or client services preferred Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual abilities are advantageous Familiarity with data entry, analysis skills, and basic troubleshooting techniques Experience with outbound calling and sales is a plus Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy helping others and possess the skills necessary to excel in a dynamic customer service environment.
