Work under supervision in SNFs, rehab centers, or outpatient settings. Typical contract length: 8–13 weeks.Qualifications Current California COTA license. Graduate from an accredited COTA program. CPR/BLS certification. Minimum 1 year experience preferred.Responsibilities Carry out treatment activities per OT plan of care. Monitor and report patient responses. Provide assistance with therapeutic exercises and functional tasks.
