Capitol Hill (Seattle) Dentologie practice is seeking a talented, Associate Dentist to start this June or July!The ideal dentist candidate has at least one year of practice experience (please no pending graduates at this time) whom is a skilled provider focused on providing excellent comprehensive dentistry and is a positive impact to the employee culture.This established, seven operatory practice is nestled in the vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle and serves as a sanctuary amid the dynamic urban landscape! All retainers are exclusively ViveraResponsibilities:Provide consultation with patients and discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings and other preventative procedures, and establish a comprehensive treatment plan for better dental hygiene and positive restorative outcomes. Perform dental procedures, such as extractions, root canals, and filling cavitiesCorrect bite issues and overcrowdingApply preventative measures for teeth, such as sealants or whitenersPrescribe medications such as pain medications or antibioticsUtilize tools such as drills, probes, brushes, to examine and treat teethKeep accurate records relating to the patient's oral health and the tx rendered to themManage positively and communicate with team to provide outstanding care to patientsDiagnose, tx plan, and diagnose oral disease and oral manifestation of systemic diseases. Routine follow-up with patients whom you’ve provided treatment via phone or email. Manage both patient experiences and patient expectations to create a positive outcomeQualifications: Active IL dental license (and malpractice insurance)Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and healthcareExcellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to keep detailed recordsComprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, thorough tx planning skills. Strong inter-personal and leadership qualities. Ability to manage dental complications for any procedure performed on a patient.
