Full Stack Engineer

A fast-growing tech company that's disrupting the AI space is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer. This role involves building the product layer that transforms AI capabilities into usable, production-grade workflows, focusing on designing how AI agents operate, recover, and deliver consistent value to users.The Role Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI integrations. Design agent workflows that manage planning, tool use, failure, and recovery across multiple steps. Integrate LLMs, memory, and external tools into systems that perform reliably in real-world scenarios. Design real-time AI interactions with streaming, partial results, and tight latency constraints. Improve system reliability, observability, and fallback mechanisms. Collaborate closely with ML, backend, and product teams to deliver features end-to-end. Continuously iterate on systems based on real usage and identified failure modes.What You'll Need Strong experience in Full Stack Engineering (Frontend and Backend). Proven experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and applications. Solid understanding of system design and API architecture. Experience working with LLMs, RAG systems, or AI-powered applications. Ability to handle ambiguity and make pragmatic engineering decisions, taking features from idea to production.
