*Job Title: *Programmer
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
· Full-Time Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in CE Programming within the Air Force is required.
· Education: A Bachelor of Science degree in Planning, Engineering, or Architecture is required.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages and tools, such as \*WMGT 422, \*WENG 400, \*WMGT Activity Management, \*WENG 500, \*WMGT 331, is essential.
· Facility Asset Management: Familiarity with facility asset management principles and practices.
· Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively analyze data and develop programming solutions.
· Project Management: Knowledge of project management methodologies and ability to effectively manage project timelines and deliverables.
· Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and present programming solutions.
· Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated on new technologies and programming trends in the industry.
· Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in programming tasks.
· Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
· Perform programming tasks related to facility asset management projects.
· Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and specifications for programming projects.
· Write, test, and maintain computer programs and scripts to support facility asset management initiatives.
· Analyze data, identify patterns, and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
· Troubleshoot and debug programs to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
· Collaborate with other team members to integrate programming solutions with existing systems and processes.
· Stay updated on emerging technologies, programming languages, and best practices in the field.
· Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and security protocols.
· Provide training and support to end-users for newly developed programs and applications.
· Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on the status of programming initiatives.
