Front End Developer (React/Java)

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for Front End Developer (React / Java) for a right to hire assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in Tampa, FL or Mississauga, ON.Responsibilities :Responsible for leading application development initiatives and driving design decisions across systems.Provides hands-on leadership in building scalable Java and Angular solutions while guiding teams and influencing architecture and best practices.Lead design and development of complex full stack applications using Java and AngularOwn end-to-end delivery of application components, from design through deploymentDrive architecture decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standardsResolve high-impact technical challenges across systems and platformsMentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidancePartner with stakeholders to define system enhancements and strategic solutionsEnsure code quality, performance optimization, and scalability of applicationsLead testing strategies, code reviews, and deployment processesIdentify risks and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirementsRequired Skills:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience7-10+ years of experience in application developmentAdvanced expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and microservices architectureStrong experience with API design, SQL, and distributed systemsExperience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (preferred), and DevOps practicesProven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor teamsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsSGA is a technology and resource solutions provider driven to stand out.
