Due to continued expansion, they are looking to appoint experienced:▪️ Construction Project Managers▪️ Senior Construction Project ManagersThis is a rare opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing sectors globally and play a key role in delivering one of the most significant hyperscale developments currently underway in North America.📍 Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa🔄 Rotation: 1 Week On / 1 Week Off💰 Excellent Compensation & Benefits✈️ Travel Support Provided⚡ Long-Term Programme with Major Growth Potential🔹 The RoleYou will be responsible for leading major construction packages and supporting the successful delivery of large-scale mission critical infrastructure projects from early construction through commissioning and handover.Working closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, you’ll help drive programme, quality, safety, and commercial performance across this flagship campus development.🔹 Key Responsibilities✔️ Manage day-to-day construction activities on hyperscale data centre projects✔️ Lead contractors and subcontractors to ensure programme milestones are achieved✔️ Drive site safety and quality standards across all phases of delivery✔️ Coordinate with design, commissioning, and operations teams✔️ Monitor project schedules, reporting, risks, and construction progress✔️ Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and delivery partners✔️ Support commissioning, turnover, and final handover activities🔹 What We’re Looking For✔️ Proven experience as a Construction PM or Senior PM on large-scale projects✔️ Strong background within:Data Centres / Mission CriticalIndustrial ConstructionAdvanced ManufacturingLarge Infrastructure Projects✔️ Experience managing complex construction programmes and multiple stakeholders✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance project environment✔️ Must be eligible to work in the United StatesThis is an exceptional opportunity for ambitious construction professionals looking to work on industry-leading projects with a major player in the colocation and hyperscale market.If you’d like to discuss the opportunity in confidence, please feel free to reach out directly.
