The position functions as an Assistant or Staff Right of Way Specialist, supporting project teams, managers, and stakeholders across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, prepare, review and interpret Land and Right of Way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits and licensesComplete rights and restriction reviewsComplete permitting requirements as neededResearch and review of real property related documentsUnderstand and interpret easement agreementsSupport translation of data from Right of Way documents into the stakeholder management databaseComplete quality assurance reviews of stakeholder management database entries from Right of Way field agentsCompile technical data to be presented to Right of Way project teamSupport project managers, design engineers, environmental consultants, GIS mapping specialists, vegetation management team, Right of Way managers and real estate coordinators as requiredAttend and participate in public open houses as requestedSupport Client needs as directedEfficient at working independently as well as in team environmentManage and oversee several projects at onceRequired SkillsStrong attention to detailGood verbal and written communication skillsProficient in working with spreadsheets and other task tracking softwareCapable of working with diverse skill sets in fast paced environmentStrong analytical and problem solving skillsTeam player focused on Client serviceWell organized and able to simultaneously pursue and track multiple project effortsValid driver's license required; must meet standards to qualify for and maintain the Company's vehicle driving privilegesPreferred SkillsExperience with Electric facilities or railroads preferred but not requiredExperience with Google Earth and familiarity with construction drawings is preferred but not requiredDesignation from IRWA not required but desirableEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree or applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirementBenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the ClientInfrastructure Engineering Firm We design and build essential infrastructure for cities.
