The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc. in a fast-paced restaurant environment.Responsibilities:Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machineWash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishesClean kitchen equipment and toolsMaintain a clean and organized work areaAssist with various cleaning tasks as needed Requirements:Prior experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailAbility to stand for long periods of timeMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds
