So, if you are a detail-oriented person and like the idea of creating more happiness in the workplace, we want to talk to you ... like yesterday.ABOUT THIS JOBThe B2B SaaS Sales Executive is responsible for driving new revenue and expansion for AXOMO by selling our SaaS platform to mid-market and enterprise customers. This role owns the full sales cycle-from prospecting and discovery through demo, proposal, close, and expansion.The ideal candidate is a consultative seller who understands complex B2B buying cycles, can sell to multiple stakeholders, and thrives in a quota-driven SaaS environment. You will focus on solving operational and engagement challenges through software-not physical products-while building long-term customer value.RESPONSIBILITIES:Own and manage the full B2B SaaS sales cycle for AXOMO, from demo through close and expansionDeliver tailored, value-driven product demonstrations based on prospect business needs, workflows, and pain pointsBuild and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across HR, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Executive leadershipDevelop and execute account-based sales strategies for mid-market and enterprise prospectsIdentify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while meeting or exceeding revenue targetsPartner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to drive pipeline growth and customer retentionMaintain a deep understanding of AXOMO's SaaS capabilities, roadmap, and competitive differentiationAccurately forecast pipeline activity and revenue using CRM and sales analytics toolsConduct quarterly business reviews and identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accountsRepresent AXOMO at relevant B2B trade shows, conferences, and industry events as neededPrepare proposals, pricing, and SaaS service agreements aligned with company guidelinesBENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:$60,000 base salary + commission.On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000-$175,000 annually, based on performance.Generous Paid Time Off and HolidaysMedical insuranceFree Telehealth and Dr. visits through Nice HealthcareDental insuranceVision insurance$50K Employer Paid Life insurance401(k) with up to 4% employer matchCompany sponsored recognition awards, lunches, eventsCredit to our internal employee swag store to pick out products and apparel YOU want!RequirementsMust have proper documentation for employment in the United StatesMust perform Pre-Employment drug testJOB SKILLS:2-5 years' experience as a SaaS sales representativeProven ability to sell B2B SaaS solutions in a quota-carrying roleStrong consultative selling skills with experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying processesComfortable presenting software solutions to executive-level audiencesSelf-motivated with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environmentStrong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM disciplineAbility to understand customer workflows, identify inefficiencies, and position SaaS solutions as strategic toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneouslyAbility to travel periodically for trade shows, conferences, or customer meetingsProfessional presence, confidence, and credibility with prospects and clientsTech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software platforms and sales toolsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 2-5 years of SaaS sales experience.Associates Degree (or equivalent work experience).THIS POSITION REPORTS TO:Vice President of SalesSCHEDULE:Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (Full-time) - In OfficeWORK SPACE INFO:This job exists in an office environment working on a computer for 8-9 hours per day.TRAINING:Training for this position will be completed by the department manager. Training will consist of education on key processes, preparation and staging requirements by customer, location of tools, supplies and materials. You will be trained on how to use the order interface, how to properly read orders and where to look for notes. Additional training will be completed as processes evolve or as required.SAFETY:Namify enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe working environment.
