B2B Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and developing new sales channels within a specific market. This is an outstanding opportunity with a remarkable earning potential for a skilled B2B professional. Duties: - Must have a hunter and farmer mentality. - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned markets.- Develop and execute key alignments to achieve revenue goals.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through proactive account management. - Conduct warm calls to generate new leads and engage with potential clients. - Negotiate and close deals that align with our company's business objectives. - Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions.Qualifications: - Proven track record in sales, with a focus on business development and account management. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to analyze market trends and develop targeted sales strategies. - Experience with prospecting.- Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically. - Understanding of growing a book of business and what it takes to make this happen .Pay Structure: Commission Only OTE Year 1: $150k-$300k+ Year 2: $450k+ Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $150,000.00 - $480,000.00 per year Expected hours: No less than 15 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Commission pay People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Ability to Relocate: Salem, OR: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
