If you’re interested in playing a crucial role at the intersection of traditional and crypto-capital markets and want to help bring the next trillion dollars of finance on-chain, join us.Job Requirements10+ years in treasury3+ years in public company or IPO-stage environmentExperience with crypto or fintech is strongly preferredDemonstrated ownership of treasury ops + strategy across multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional environmentsUnderstanding of on-chain digital asset movements, staking, custody, and multi-sig/threshold wallet securityFamiliar with crypto tax tooling, digital asset tracking, and treasury accounting integrationsStrategic thinker with the ability to execute and build from scratchExcellent communicator — can translate complex tax/crypto topics for non-specialist stakeholdersDetail-oriented but agile in fast-changing environmentsComfortable working cross-functionally across finance, legal, operations, HR and complianceJob ResponsibilitiesOwn the global cash and token liquidity strategy, including fiat and digital asset holdings across custodians, wallets, and banking relationshipsDesign and implement short- and long-term liquidity forecasting modelsDesign and execute digital asset hedging strategiesEstablish treasury controls and governance overWallet operations and private key security (in collaboration with InfoSec)Staking, yield-generating protocols, or custody solutionsHelp with analyzing and reporting on net interest income/revenue generation from both stablecoin reserves and corporate investmentsDevelop and refine treasury performance reporting, models (forecasting, stress testing, etc.) and analytical toolsOptimize working capital across fiat and crypto channelsOversee banking, custody, and stablecoin counterparty relationshipsBuild and maintain treasury policies, controls, and reporting frameworksManage weekly and monthly reporting of global cash and crypto positioning and other relevant treasury KPIsLead selection and implementation of treasury management systems (TMS), wallet ops platforms and investment platformWork closely with finance, legal, and IT to ensure cohesive treasury operations and controlsJob BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being of our team members. The range may vary if based outside the New York tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut). Base salaries are determined during our interview process, during which we assess the candidate's experience, skills, and capabilities against internal peers and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
