Sr Manager, Program Management

Overview In this Senior Program Manager role, you will lead a portfolio of global, cross-functional supply chain initiatives that advance enterprise priorities. You will partner with senior leaders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and R&D to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and governance. The role focuses on delivering measurable operational and financial value through complex programs in a highly regulated environment. You will shape programs that drive transformation, continuity, and digital capabilities, contributing to women’s health at scale.
