About The JobTechnical Sales Representative - Industrial AutomationClient is a rapidly growing industrial platform supporting manufacturers and machine builders across the United States with automation services, engineering support, robotics, controls, commissioning, and shared service structures.We are currently looking for a highly motivated, boots-on-the-ground Technical Sales Representative to help expand our presence throughout the Cincinnati Tri-State manufacturing region.This is not a remote inside sales role.We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, visiting customers daily, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping industrial customers improve productivity and operational performance.What You'll Do Visit manufacturers and machine builders throughout the region Develop long-term customer relationships Identify automation, service, retrofit, and engineering opportunities Present clients industrial service and support solutions Support the development of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Work closely with engineering and operations teams Help expand clients partner network and customer base Support technical discussions around automation systems, robotics, controls, and manufacturing processesWhat We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Technical understanding of manufacturing and industrial environments Experience in automation, controls, robotics, maintenance, industrial services, or machine building preferred Self-driven and comfortable working independently in the field Hunter mentality with strong customer-facing presence Ability to travel daily within the Cincinnati Tri-State areaPreferred BackgroundExperience in one or more of the following: Industrial Automation Manufacturing Operations PLC / Controls Robotics Packaging Machinery Automotive Manufacturing Food & Beverage Manufacturing Industrial Service or Maintenance Technical B2B SalesWhat We Offer Competitive base salary + uncapped string commission structure (up to $45K per SLA Sale) Company vehicle or car allowance Fuel card Strong growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding organization Direct exposure to large manufacturing customers High level of autonomy and responsibility Opportunity to help build one of the fastest-growing industrial automation platforms in the U.S.
