IT Project Manager

Role: IT Project ManagerLocation: Houston, Dallas or Waco, TXPay Range: $90000- $110000 / yearBenefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision and 401(k).About The RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated professional to support operational excellence and enterprise initiatives across multiple business functions. This individual will oversee project coordination efforts, streamline internal processes, and partner with leadership teams to improve overall organizational performance and execution.The ideal candidate brings a background in professional services, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities across a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.Primary ResponsibilitiesPrepare leadership updates, operational summaries, and project reporting materialsCoordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timelines and objectives remain on trackCollaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate milestones, and support implementation effortsEvaluate current procedures and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and operational consistencyAssist with adoption and optimization of internal technology platforms, reporting tools, and workflow solutionsAnalyze operational and performance-related data to support business planning and decision-makingSupport the development of standardized project coordination practices across departmentsIdentify areas for process enhancement, policy refinement, and operational improvementsParticipate in strategic assignments and additional initiatives as directed by senior operations leadershipMonitor project deliverables, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycleRequired BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related fieldAt least five years of experience supporting or managing projects in a professional services or corporate environmentExperience balancing multiple high-priority initiatives with competing deadlinesStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project tracking systemsPrior exposure to reporting, analytics, or dashboard tools preferredProject management certification or equivalent training is considered a plusDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across teamsSkills & QualificationsStrong organizational and time-management capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to present information clearly to leadership and key stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesComfortable navigating changing priorities in a deadline-driven environmentHigh level of professionalism, sound judgment, and confidentialityStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teamsAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
