What You’ll DoPerform advanced preventive and predictive maintenance on production, packaging, utility, mill, and facility equipmentMaintain and update MP‑2 maintenance records; track equipment performance; coordinate parts procurementSupport all site maintenance across buildings, grounds, and equipmentAssist with employee training, coaching, and promoting safe work practicesParticipate in continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, food safety, quality, productivity, and sanitationExecute emergency procedures and complete required documentationPerform other duties as assignedWhat You NeedRequired:High school diploma/GED and one of the following:Technical associate degree (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, automation, etc.)3+ years hands‑on mechanical, electrical, or maintenance experienceDemonstrated proficiency in all Maintenance I Mechanic requirementsAbility to work weekends, holidays, and overtimePreferred:3+ years leadership experienceExperience in food manufacturing maintenanceAbility to read blueprints and schematicsWelding experience (MIG, TIG, stick)Knowledge of power transmission components and machining toolsExperience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and articulated liftsRelevant military technical trainingMinnesota State Boiler License and respirator certificationPhysical RequirementsLift up to 50 lbs; assistance required for anything above 50 lbsStand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, climb ladders, and use foot pedals for extended periodsWork in dusty, cold, hot, humid, confined, or elevated environmentsWear a respirator when requiredDistinguish sounds and visually identify equipment/componentsRichardson International provides an excellent compensation package consisting of a competitive salary, flexible benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays, and training and career development opportunities.Interested candidates should click the Apply icon to apply online by 4/01/2026.
