We are looking for a dependable and service-minded Day Shift Program Aide to support front desk operations and daily client services for a community-focused housing program in South San Francisco, California. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, staying organized in a fast-paced setting, and assisting individuals with care and professionalism. In this role, you will balance reception responsibilities with site support tasks that help maintain a safe, orderly, and responsive facility.Responsibilities:• Welcome visitors, residents, and service providers at the front desk while maintaining a courteous and attentive presence.• Manage incoming packages, sort and distribute mail, and help coordinate deliveries and donated items throughout the site.• Enter and update information accurately in internal records to support daily operations and client activity tracking.• Assist with client arrivals and departures, including monitoring sign-in and sign-out procedures.• Provide shift coverage during staff breaks and meal periods to ensure uninterrupted front desk support.• Support residents by helping coordinate access to medications and replenishing common area supplies as needed.• Complete routine bed checks during swing shift and perform regular walkthroughs inside and outside the facility.• Reinforce site expectations, document incidents or notices when appropriate, and contribute to a safe and respectful environment.• Deliver attentive customer service by responding to questions and directing guests, clients, and partners appropriately.• At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, reception, customer service, or a related role.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals.• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adjust priorities as needs change during the shift.• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling records, check-ins, and routine documentation.• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general data entry tasks.• Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a team in a service-oriented environment.• Ability to remain dependable, organized, and calm while supporting a busy front desk and facility operations.TalentMatch®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
